lululemon conducted interviews and collected quotes from moms about why Align works for them. These quotes became the backbone of the messaging for the 2024 Mother’s Day campaign—establishing firmly the benefit of Align from a guest perspective.
Contrasting type styles set in a conversational manner help to educate guests on the intrinsic values the products provide, but in a personal, anecdotal way that instills trust in each statement.
